Grilled Halloumi Cheese is my alternative to the flaming “Saganaki”.
Originating from the Island of Cyprus, it is made from a mixture of goat and sheep milk. I love this recipe not only because it is really tasty but because it is also very easy to make!

Instructions

Notes
What I love about Halloumi Cheese is that it is not too buttery, therefore it keeps its consistency when heated but at the same time it is not too hard which makes it easy to melt. Believe me, it is just the perfect combination! If you want you can accompany the cheese with grilled pita bread. EnjoyYanni
